How we handle shopper photos and retailer data.
Shopper photos
A shopper's uploaded photo is used for one thing: generating that try-on. It is automatically deleted within 24 hours, and the generated try-on image within 7 days. We never sell them, never share them, and never use them to train AI models — neither do our inference providers, which is contractual.
What we never collect
STYL never sees payment details, checkout data, or shopper names and addresses. All of that stays on the retailer's own store. Our analytics use anonymous identifiers only.
Retailer data
Product data comes from the retailer's own catalog and stays scoped to their account. Anonymized usage records are retained for up to 90 days so retailers can see their own analytics, then purged automatically.
Requests and deletion
We can hard-delete a specific shopper's data on request. Email anthony@stylai.co and we will action it.
